RESTAURANT SERVICE & BANQUET MANAGER

Insel Fehmarn Hotel is a hotel located in Motootua, Samoa. We are currently looking to fill the vacancy of Restaurant Service & Banquet Manager. Please see below for job qualifications.

Job qualifications: Responsible for the daily activities and the administration of the Restaurant and Banquet services. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff. This person will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager.

This position is a managerial position that requires experience and high motivation with leadership qualities. This is a key position to training and development of the kitchen staff, experience and commitment are essential to a successful applicant.
