RACV’s Resorts at Cape Schanck, Inverloch and Torquay have exceptional career opportunities for Qualified Chefs ranging from Chef de Partie, to Sous to Head Chef. We are seeking positive, enthusiastic, hard working, reliable and team-oriented Chefs to join these busy professional Kitchen brigades of our 4-5 star resorts. You must be eligible to work unrestricted in Australia so this will suit permanent residents or citizens returning home or similar.

You will possess recognised culinary training and/or employment experience within 4-5 star hotels or reputable a’la carte restaurants and want to build up your hospitality career within a stable, secure and reputable organisation.
You will have a strong focus on food quality and presentation. Experience within hotels/resorts or restaurants would be advantageous. You will be exceptionally service focused, along with a positive attitude and be flexible in working hours and shifts. Hours are on a rotating roster and include weekends and public holidays. Own reliable transport required.
